The Process
Complete the Vacation Inquiry Form.
Our travel team will review your request and follow-up to discuss your travel plans in more detail. We will discuss the planning process, any planning fees, and how Adventure & Main will help you meet your travel goals. If you decide to work with Adventure & Main, you will pay a planning fee, where applicable, and sign any required waivers.
Then...the planning process begins! Adventure & Main will start work right away and provide you with personalized recommendations, supplier details, and travel quotes.
Once your trip is booked, you will receive continuous communication and support. You will be provided with any pertinent information related to your vacation experience, so you are fully prepared upon arrival.
The Planning Fee
The process of putting together a customized proposal that matches your travel goals can take time. We work on a consultative basis to design trips customized to every client, to ensure you make the most of your most precious asset; time. Our trip planning fee covers initial consultation and discussion, research, developing and revising your travel proposal to create a customized itinerary, perfect for you and your travel party. It includes booking, managing, and support of all travel plans. The planning fee also covers travel support during the trip. Having to change or cancel a vacation happens, despite all of our best efforts; any requests to change dates or elements of the vacation are also covered by our planning fee.
Our planning fee starts as low as $100. Once you are ready to proceed, Adventure & Main will send the planning fee invoice directly to your email. Once the planning fee is paid, the planning process will begin.
